How do I cool or warm with the Wave 1?
Press anywhere on the light bar to wake up your Wave. Then, press the blue side to cool or the red side to warm. Press the blue side again to make things cooler or the red side to make things warmer. Do I need to download the app to use the Wave 1?
Without the app, you can use the light bar on your Wave to start or stop sessions, adjust the temperature level, and cool or warm using the default 10-minute Essential Mode. The app lets you unlock the full potential of the Wave: choose your session length (from 1 minute to 8 hours), switch to specially designed modes (for sleep, hot flashes, and more), customize settings, track your usage, and get access to device updates and improvements.
