The deadline for redeeming any unused points is March 15th at 11:59 PM ET.
As a thank you for your support and participation, we’ve dropped the point requirements for our most popular rewards and added more items to the catalog to make it easier for you to cash out before the March 15th deadline.
Key Deadlines
March 8 (11:59 PM ET): Last day to earn points on qualifying activities.
March 15 (11:59 PM ET): Final deadline to redeem points. After this, the rewards platform will be deactivated and any unused points will be forfeited.
Questions
Can I redeem my points for store credit?
Yes, you can redeem points for store credit in increments of 100 points using the slider at the top of your Rewards dashboard. Simply drag the slider and click "Redeem" to generate your unique code.
Can I redeem my points for credit toward my monthly Embrship rental?
Yes, you can redeem points for subscription credit in increments of 100 points using the slider at the top of your Rewards dashboard. Simply drag the slider and click "Redeem" to generate your unique code.
Can I use more than one code at checkout?
Yes! If you redeem points for two items and generate two codes, for example, you can use them both in the same order.
Can I still use a code after March 15 if I generated it before then?
Yes. Any codes generated before the deadline will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
I redeemed my points, but I can’t add the item to my cart. What do I do?
If the Add to Cart button isn't working in your Rewards dashboard, you can bypass it. Just find the item in our Rewards Shop, add it to your cart, and enter the unique code you generated at checkout. This will apply your reward discount automatically.
What happens if I return an item I bought with points?
For returns processed after March 15 on orders using a Rewards discount, the portion paid with points will be refunded as store credit. Any other funds will be returned to your original payment method.
