I purchased this as a gift for my menopausal mother for her hot flashes, and she loves it! It looks very nice, just as advertised.
This product looks nice on. I found that for some reason I feel it more on my right wrist than my left. I wish the cooling function was more cooling. The heat function legitimately hurts at any setting above 7. Like feels like touching boiling water. I guess for winter or cold offices this is good but I doubt it will help much in summer or with hot flashes. The battery life is very short as well and it takes a while to fully charge so if you use it all day you might not be able to use it at night. I think it would be worth this price if they added a step counter/ watch/ screen function but as it is, I wouldn’t spend more than 150 on it in retrospect.
There is much room for improvement, such as allowing it to pair to more than one phone at the same time, or something as simple as allowing you to move away from your phone and it continue to work went on a pre-program setting.
This actually helps when k feel overheated. And I love the sleep setting that helps keep me cool for 8 hours while I sleep.
The Band gets caught if you pull it too far and it's hard to tighten once it's on your wrist. Better than the included band though
It does make your wrist cool but being a cancer patient with hot flashes, this does not touch it. When I get cold, I turn it on the warm setting but it gets a little too hot. I would buy again but not for $300 because I am giving the benefit of the doubt that chemo is factoring in it not working as well as the reviews.
I find it works better to warm me up when I'm cold than it does to cool me down when I'm hot. However, I've ordered the Comfort Case, which is 'supposed' to increase cooling by 10%. Additionally, the case should help protect it because it knocks into things!
It worked great at first but into the 3rd week it would suddenly get very hot starting the 2nd use of the day regardless of how long between uses. I still use it but not as much as I'd like to especially for the price. To top it all off the battery life suddenly exists in only small fleeting intervals. With a little as I try to use it and regardless that I keep it charged it seems as soon as I leave my house it's T-minus 1 hour till it's little red light flashes even if I haven't used it. If those two things were fixed it would be a t10 out of 10

I love everything about this device except: the battery gets too hot overnight when it’s trying to cool me down. So instead of keeping me cool, it adds heat. I have to return it, sadly. I wish so much this worked for me. It would solve a lot of problems.
