I am amazed at how I am sleeping at night! I never heard or this product until my husband saw it somewhere, as much as I talk about my hot flashes I am surprised it never showed up on my phone. I was skeptical at first. But with the 60 days return policy I didn’t have anything to lose. This works for me! It’s a game changer. I also realized that I need to start the cool button right when my hot flash begins. It stops the hot flash in its tracks and I feel better within less than a minute. If I’m a bit late in realizing that a hot flash is starting then it lessens the severity.
The Lord answer my prayers when he gave the one who invented the Amber Wave 2 the intelligence to make it. it's a lot costly, cuz my feeling is all women who need it should have access to it. everybody can't afford 300 and something dollars out of they pockets thank the Lord for flex spending cards. The Embr works great for me as I’m ALWAYS hot.
I’ve had mine for a little over two weeks and I can say it works wonders for me. The moment when that cooling sensation hits my wrist, my anxiety reduces and I relax. Hot flashes don’t last nearly as long. They are right, it takes a little time to get use to it, just be patient. I have gotten so attached to it, I miss it when it’s on the charger. The best part is I’ve been sleeping 7-8 hours again. I highly recommend!!

This Embr Wave 2 is fantastic! I finally been able to sleep the night through. No more covers on covers off. I work in a hot environment, so having this for work is awesome! Wish I would have known about this 5 years ago, as I’ve been suffering from hot flashes for a least that long. It has changed my life. Actually looking forward to summer this year because I have the Embr Wave 2. Thank you for this amazing product!
I was skeptical, but gave the EmrWave2 a try. I use it at night and it has helped me get a restful sleep. I don't use the app; just push the button when I wake up throwing off blankets. I'm able to go back to sleep immediately. I don't wear it during the day as I don't seem to need it much, but if I have a meaningful hot flash I run for it.
I did experience an allergic reaction after wearing it a short time, but customer service suggested I loosen the band. I did that and started changing which arm I wear it on each night. No further problems. Still get the same relief and the movement of the wrist band up and down when I get up didn't take long to get used to.
Too bad this innovative devise wasn't available during my Mother's lifetime. She suffered horribly from hot flashes and lived in a hot climate which only increased her discomfort.
The Embr Wave seems to shorten the length of my hot flashes and does provide some relief. It’s pretty convenient to use and not bothersome at all on my wrist. The rose color blends in with my skin so it isn’t very noticeable.
I somehow misplaced or lost my charger, and they were sold out on the website. The Embr Wave helps me immensely because I have a problem with fainting when I get too hot. I spoke to customer service and explained the situation. They sent me a complimentary replacement charger within the week. Very nice and accommodating!
My hot flashes and night sweats are a bit too much for the embr wave but along with my HRT therapy, it works better. I like the app night setting to help fall asleep and stay asleep. I hope this helps others. I would buy it again.
