The subscription includes a like-new certified refurbished Embr Wave, a free Comfort Case ($25 value), and a lifetime warranty for any issues that may arise, with the exception of gross negligence or error. You may also opt in to future products with seamless $0 swaps, though this may alter your monthly cost depending on what you select. Further benefits include 30% off all accessories, members-only giveaways, exclusive opportunities and discounts from our brand partnerships, and more.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well. Please note you can always purchase the Embr Wave outright. The Embrship Subscription is not required to own the Embr Wave.
This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your subscription, you are required to return your Embr Wave. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy an Embr Wave.
You can always purchase the Embr Wave outright on our website or from our wholesale partners. The Embrship Subscription is not required to own the Embr Wave.
With financing (ie “buy-now-pay-later” by Affirm, Klarna, etc), you’re ultimately committed to a purchase spread out over a period of time, and are responsible for payments until fully paid off. With the Embrship subscription, you truly have the flexibility to cancel at any time, access to special future upgrade options, and access to a variety of benefits including the lifetime warranty.
Subscription items are shipped within 2 business days. Actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. Updates will be sent to the email address you used to sign up, including when your tracking number is available, which will allow you to sign up for additional delivery updates if you prefer.
