Set Custom Presets

Want quicker access to the relief you need most? You can reprogram your Wave's two buttons to create shortcuts to your two favorite cooling and warming sessions using the Preset function.

Out of the box, the dotted button will be set to a 10-minute Default Cooling and blank button will be set to a 10-minute Default Warming.

You can reassign these button presets to your two go-to cooling or warming sessions for extra quick access directly from your Wave.

From the dashboard, find the session you’d like to use as a preset. It can be a premade session or one that you've customized and renamed.

Tap the three buttons in the top right corner of the card you chose to open up the options menu.

Tap Preset in the menu, and then choose whether you'd like to assign this to the dotted button or the blank button.

Only want to cool or only want to warm? With Presets, you can set both buttons to different cooling sessions, or both to different warming sessions.

Please note: If you have one cooling and one warming preset, the cooling session must be assigned to the dotted button and the warming session must be assigned to the blank button.

Use the Preset function to switch things up anytime! You can see which sessions are currently assigned as Presets by looking for the dotted button icon or blank button icon in the left corner of the session card.
